Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Cardiac ICU (CICU) position requiring CICU training, BLS and PALS certification, and prior cardiac ICU experience.

Details

• Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) setting
• Night shift, 7p-7:30a
• Every other weekend required
• 36 guaranteed hours weekly, 3 shifts per week
• May be required to float to similar units
• Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

• Active RN license (GA or Compact) currently in hand
• BLS and PALS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• CICU trained required
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Experience with cardiac drips, ICU medications, and transplant medications required
• Epic EMR experience required

Additional Information

• Administer cardiac drips, ICU medications, and transplant medications to critically ill patients
• Flu vaccination required with no medical or religious exemptions accepted
• Facility is nicotine-free; candidates must pass nicotine testing along with drug screening
