About the Role
The Credit Risk Administration (CRA) Transformation Team is responsible for collaborating with leadership to identify and implement process improvement opportunities that focus on improving operational efficiency, strengthening compliance and governance, providing cost savings/prevention or driving strategic alignment with enterprise initiatives.
The Transformation Program Operation Specialist plays a critical role in the oversight and execution of initiatives by providing transformation assessments (e.g., discovery and scoping support, process mapping, process re-engineering, etc.) and central project planning of identified Transformation initiatives from inception to implementation. This role partners closely with our Transformation Technology Team to deliver and implement streamlined and sustainable solutions that range from medium to high complexity.
This role requires continuous stakeholder engagement to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and in alignment with identified business requirements - serving as a liaison and advocate for both our internal customers and broader initiative stakeholder team. As such, the candidate must bring a passion for customer service, a desire to lead change, and the ability to operate in a complex and highly quantitative business line.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $86,360.00 - $101,600.00
