Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Test Technician with a strong background in electrical/electronic testing and troubleshooting. The candidate will support production testing, identify production issues, troubleshoot test-related problems, and follow work instructions and technical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work instructions, procedures, and technical documentation.
• Perform production and functional testing of electronic/electrical products.
• Troubleshoot electrical and test-related issues.
• Identify production defects and determine potential root causes.
• Use electrical test equipment to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and test documentation.
• Support failure analysis and debugging activities.
• Follow established testing, safety, and quality procedures.
• Document test results, issues, and troubleshooting activities.
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to resolve test issues.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of relevant Test Technician / Test Engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience in production testing.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and procedures.
• Experience identifying and troubleshooting production issues.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Hands-on electronics/electrical manufacturing experience.

Preferred Skills

• Test equipment experience.
• Electrical schematic interpretation.
• Failure analysis and debugging.
• PCBA/electronics testing.
• Semiconductor or consumer electronics manufacturing experience.
