Position: Electronics Manufacturing Operators & Technicians 
Location: San Jose, CA & surrounding Bay Area

Shifts Available: Day, Swing, and Grave
Pay Range: $19.00 – $41.00 / hour (dependent on role, technical discipline, and shift differential)

Overview
We are actively hiring for multiple immediate Manufacturing Operator, Assembler, and Test Technician roles supporting high-reliability Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA), cable/harness manufacturing, and RF/electronics testing operations. 

Prior experience in PCBA, SMT, wire harnessing, OR RF/electronic testing is strongly preferred.

Available Positions & Hourly Pay Rates

• Mechanical & Electro-Mechanical Assembler | $19.00 – $23.00 / hr (+5% shift differential for Swing)
  Focus: Box-builds, sub-assemblies, chassis integration, and hardware installation using hand/power tools and torque drivers according to Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPIs) and blueprints.
  
  
• Cable & Wire Harness Technician | $20.00 – $25.00 / hr | Day Shift
  Focus: Building custom cable assemblies and complex wire harnesses from schematics and wire run lists. Proficient with wire strippers, precision crimpers, heat-shrink guns, pin insertion/extraction tools, and point-to-point continuity testing (Cirris/DMM). Familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620 preferred.
• SMT Machine Operator | $21.00 – $25.00 / hr | Day and Swing Shift
  Focus: Setting up, loading, and running automated SMT line machinery, including solder paste screen printers, pick-and-place component feeders/reels, and reflow ovens. Verifying part numbers and polarities.
  
  
• Quality Control (QC) Inspector | $19.00 – $23.50 / hr (+5% shift differential for Swing)
  Focus: In-process and first-article visual inspection of PCBAs, solder joints, component placements, and mechanical builds against IPC-A-610 standards and customer engineering drawings.
  
  
• Touch-Up & Hand Soldering Assembler | $22.00 – $26.44 / hr
  Focus: Fine-pitch through-hole and surface-mount soldering, post-reflow touch-up, jumper wire addition, and modification under a microscope per IPC-A-610 / J-STD-001 standards.
  
  
• BGA Rework Technician | $24.00 – $29.00 / hr
  Focus: Advanced component removal, site dressing, re-balling, and replacement of Ball Grid Arrays (BGAs), QFNs, and fine-pitch ICs using dedicated thermal profile rework stations.
  
  
• Production Test Technician | $22.00 – $26.00 / hr
  Focus: Functional, continuity, and board-level testing using automated test fixtures, digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, and PC-based testing software; logging and debugging failures.
  
  
• RF Test Technician | $35.00 – $41.00 / hr
  Focus: Setup, calibration, and execution of operational and environmental RF testing on complex communication systems and subsystems. Skilled in operating spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, power meters, and oscilloscopes; interpreting RF test data and troubleshooting anomalies.

Core Responsibilities

• Follow written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), MPIs, engineering change orders (ECOs), wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Maintain cleanroom and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) safety protocols at all times.
• Accurately complete lot travelers, quality documentation, and production logs.
  Identify, isolate, and escalate material defects or assembly issues to line leads and supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work cell following 5S principles.
