About the Role
We are hiring a Territory Sales Manager to drive new facility partnerships across an assigned Florida region for our Audiology and Podiatry service lines. This is a pure hunter role — you prospect, pitch, and close new Business Associate agreements with long-term care and skilled nursing facilities, then hand off to the account team and move to the next opportunity. If you thrive in the field, know LTC, and can close, this role pays well for performance.
What You'll Do
• Prospect and close new BA agreements with LTC and skilled nursing facility administrators across your Florida territory
• Present Audiology and Podiatry service offerings to NHAs, DONs, SSDs, and BOMs
• Manage a structured weekly field visit calendar with pre-set appointments
• Execute outreach cadences every 2–3 weeks to maintain pipeline visibility
• Log all activity in Monday.com within 24 hours; report pipeline status weekly
• Coordinate with internal teams on onboarding and account transition
What We're Looking For
• 3+ years outside sales in healthcare, LTC, or medical services
• Track record of meeting or exceeding new business targets
• Experience selling into skilled nursing or long-term care facilities
• Strong closing skills and professional facility presence
• Existing Florida LTC relationships a strong plus
• Proficiency with Monday.com, Microsoft Office, and mapping tools
• Valid driver's license and clean record — extensive driving required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of $85,000 - $95,000 depending on experience. Bonus paid per signed and onboarded service line agreement — $1,000 for the first line at a new facility, $500 for the second. No cap on earnings. At expected territory performance, total compensation is $135,000+. Top performers earn $175,000 and above. Additional benefits include monthly car allowance, medical, dental, vision, and company-provided hotspot.
Work Environment
Field-based across an assigned Florida region with extensive daily driving. Administrative and planning work conducted remotely. High-activity, independent execution role — you own your territory.
