    Description

    We're partnering with an innovative, pre-IPO medical device company that's expanding its sales team across north Florida. This territory includes an established customer base while offering significant opportunity for expansion, with high expectations for new business development and market growth.


    The company is already gaining traction within the VA healthcare system, calling primarily on Podiatry and Physical Therapy with an innovative device worn by patients in the home. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys growing a territory, building strong customer relationships, and making a measurable impact.

    Geography: Covers the Gainesville, Jacksonville, and Orlando markets, with expansion into South Georgia, supporting facilities aligned with the North Florida VA Health System.


    Comp: $90-110K base, OTE $175K - 200K

    Qualifications


    • MUST HAVE Experience calling on Physicians, Therapists, and Prosthetics in the VA
    • MUST HAVE: Four-year undergraduate degree from an accredited college
    • Minimum 3 years of medical device sales experience with a proven record
    • Ability to travel up to 50-75% of the time via car and air
    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
    • Comfortable working directly with patients and patient advocacy groups in their territory
    • Seeking candidates with stable employment history. Minimum requirement: 2 years in current role.
