As a Technology Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in modernizing how title professionals access property data, title history, and tax information. You’ll work with a wide range of clients—from title agents and lenders to brokers and attorneys—helping them operate more efficiently and competitively.

What You’ll Do
Consistently exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with:
Title agents
Real estate brokers & teams
Lenders
Builders & attorneys
Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations
Develop and execute strategic call plans and pipelines
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Escrow teams
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
Provide responsive, proactive communication to clients
Requirements
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2+ years in residential real estate or title insurance (required)
Strong understanding of the title insurance industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
A consultative, relationship-first sales approach
Experience in business development or client acquisition
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong organizational and strategic thinking abilities
Proficiency in Salesforce, MS Office, and Teams
Ability to travel at least 1 week per month
