Duration:6 months with extensions based on client need and performance. 

Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing recruiting team as a Senior Sales Recruiter for our SaaS client's technology sales team.

Role Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for distribution and sales roles
Handle the entire hiring process from initial phone screen to offer acceptance
Participating on the worldwide recruiting team in implementing and performing recruiting programs and plans to fill current openings and help build an ongoing, healthy pipeline of people
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers — pushing back, advising on tradeoffs, and bringing market intelligence that sharpens decision-making
Collaborate with sourcing partners, recruiting coordinators, and peer advisors to run an efficient, high-touch candidate experience
Pipelining exceptional candidates for future opportunities at the Client.

Qualifications:
4-10+ years of full cycle recruiting experience for Technology Sales/Distribution roles is required.
Experience partnering and influencing hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle is required.
Shining track record of success in a fast pace, totally frenetic environment is needed.
Prior experience with Workday Recruiter is preferred.
