Job Summary:
The Digital and Innovation Office (DIO) is seeking an AI-native Technology Program Manager (TPM) with strong technical program management fundamentals and hands-on experience with prompt engineering, Claude, Atlassian Rovo, Microsoft Copilot, and other GenAI platforms.
The TPM will lead complex technology programs across Finance, People, Legal, Digital Workplace, and other strategic digital initiatives. The role combines program execution, technical architecture coordination, AI-enabled automation, dependency management, governance, and executive communication, with a strong focus on using AI agents and agentic workflows to automate reporting, generate insights, and improve program execution.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full technology program lifecycle, including scope, schedule, financials, vendors, procurement, risks, dependencies, and change management.
• Partner with architects and engineering leaders to assess technical architecture, system integrations, cross-platform dependencies, and delivery risks across multiple engineering teams.
• Translate technical strategy and architecture into execution-ready delivery plans, including Jira Epics, Stories/Tasks, milestones, dependencies, owners, and target ETAs.
• Establish and manage program governance, RAID logs, dependency trackers, decision logs, dashboards, executive status reports, and delivery metrics.
• Apply GenAI, prompt engineering, AI agents, and agentic workflows to automate program reporting, backlog setup, meeting/documentation summarization, risk analysis, dependency analysis, and data-driven insights.
• Lead launch readiness and go/no-go decisions, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope.
• Manage post-go-live transition to Service/Operations teams and ensure effective operational handoff.
• Present program health, risks, dependencies, milestones, and decisions to executive leadership, steering committees, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders.
• Develop communication plans, facilitate decision-making, resolve conflicts, and drive adoption of new operating models.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX standards, and TPMO governance practices.

Must-Have Skills:

• 8+ years of experience delivering large-scale technology programs across multiple engineering teams and platforms.
• Strong technical understanding of distributed systems, APIs, enterprise integrations, cloud platforms, and technical architecture.
• Hands-on proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Lucid for program planning, documentation, dependency management, and governance.
• Demonstrated daily use of GenAI productivity tools, including Claude, ChatGPT/OpenAI, Atlassian Rovo, Microsoft Copilot, and AI agents.
• Experience using AI to automate status reporting, dashboard creation, Jira/backlog setup, meeting summaries, risk analysis, dependency analysis, and program insights.
• Strong experience managing complex cross-team dependencies, technical risks, integrations, and delivery milestones.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience building or deploying AI agents and agentic workflows for program management and operational automation.
• Experience with Atlassian Rovo for Jira and Confluence.
• Prompt engineering and practical experience integrating LLMs into enterprise workflows.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience supporting Finance, People/HR, Legal, or Digital Workplace technology programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Technical background in software engineering, systems architecture, infrastructure, or enterprise platforms.
• PMP, SAFe-SPC, RTE, or relevant cloud certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities using program metrics, delivery dashboards, and data insights to drive decisions.
• Ability to translate complex technical initiatives into clear business outcomes for executive and non-technical stakeholders.
