Technical Consultant

We are seeking talented individuals to work as part of our Services team, performing software installations<\/span> <\/span>and value -added Services to our growing client -base. <\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

The <\/span>Technical Consultant<\/span> role utilizes their technical knowledge in areas such as SQL, C#, XML, and other software skills to develop client’s custom needs.  <\/span>This role is a perfect blend of software development and solution design, coupled with client interaction and consulting.<\/span>

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

• Work alongside our clients’ Management to determine the necessary custom development or configurations necessary to solve their unique needs.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Using SQL, develop custom process, build custom reports, or alter the existing reports required by the client.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Leverage your knowledge of our data structures, third party systems, and a variety of reporting tools to consolidate data across many systems to tell a story to the client.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Combine your analytical ability and problem -solving skills to solve problems.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Communicate, both in -person and through technical documentation with clients, on their environmental needs and configuration.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Provide Support services to our clients in a production environment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Demonstrates and provides outstanding customer and employee relations at all times.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>

    • Bachelor’s Degree in technical or business field such as MIS, BIS, ISYS, Computer Science<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Proficient with MS SQL Server development. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Excellent technical writing and oral communication skills<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Ability to work as part of a project team structure<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Ability to work on -site at client locations throughout North America<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Travel Expectations<\/span>: ~ 30%<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Ability to pass stringent background investigations, required<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Clean driving record, required<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States ​<\/span><\/span><\/span>
