    About Role: 
    As a Technology Project Manager, the selected candidate will work at the direction of the VP and is responsible to define, develop and successfully execute upon projects critical to the success of client programs. These projects will require the successful candidate to have good working knowledge in both business and technical disciplines.
     
    The Project Manager (PM) collaborates with other project managers in the EPMO organization as well as in other internal or external organizations to define project plans, identify critical dependencies, mitigate risks, and manage issues across the EPMO portfolio. The EPMO PM is responsible for working collaboratively in a matrixed organization of diverse project resources, business, and technical leaders to successfully deliver upon project scope and objectives. The PM will work collaboratively across multiple projects to develop and foster relationships with key stakeholders, be responsive to evolving needs, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
     
    What would be expected of you:
    • Develop project plans, risk registers, actions, scope charter and resourcing needs. Identify critical path items, mitigation strategies and alternative approaches that align with the client.
    • Lead Technology Project delivery and manage implementation processes including status, metrics, change control, QA and testing, and release
    • Manage and coordinate project resources in a matrixed environment
    • Identify and pro-actively monitor cross project dependencies, risks, issues and build in mitigation plans
    • Develop and maintain key relationships within the project and create a collaborative work environment


    Expertise you would bring:
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • 5-7 years' experience in technology project management working with MS Project, SharePoint, MS Teams and Excel
    • Understanding of SDLC using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
    • Proven success in executing full life-cycle large, complex, multi-year projects
    • PMI certification and Agile certifications desirable (PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP)
    • Demonstrated ability to be successful operating in a virtual environment
    • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
    • Collaborative team player, capable of working well with others, but also autonomously with little direction
    • Comfortable facilitating and leading discussions with large groups
    • Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure a plus
    • Understanding of DevOps and Continuous Testing best practices
    • Effective communication skills across a broad audience
