Tax Senior Associate | Boston, MA | $105K–$120K Base + Bonus

We are partnering with a leading global private investment firm on a newly created opportunity within its Tax team. This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional looking to move beyond traditional public accounting and gain exposure to private credit, alternative investments, fund tax, and complex tax structuring.

The Opportunity:

• Join a highly respected global investment platform with $200B+ in AUM

• Support the firm’s Credit & Global Special Situations businesses

• Partner closely with Tax, Finance, Legal, Treasury, Investor Relations, investment teams and external advisors

• Coordinate fund tax compliance, K-1 reporting, tax allocations, projections and estimates

• Gain exposure to complex tax issues, structuring and tax strategy

• Work on federal, state and local tax matters, notices and audits

• Opportunity to contribute to AI/technology initiatives and process improvements

• High-visibility role with significant exposure to senior stakeholders and a broad range of projects

What They're Looking For:

• 3+ years of relevant tax experience

• Public accounting experience (Big 4 preferred) or experience within private equity, credit, alternative assets or a similar investment environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• CPA or JD/LLM preferred

• Strong Excel skills and excellent organizational/communication abilities

• Someone entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and eager to take ownership

Compensation: $105K–$120K base + bonus
