We are seeking experienced Tax and Senior Tax Manager to lead strategic tax planning, compliance, and advisory services for a diverse client base of high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a firm where attorneys and CPAs collaborate closely, tackling sophisticated tax matters and delivering exceptional value to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and review preparation of individual and corporate tax returns

  • Develop and implement tax planning strategies to reduce client tax liability

  • Monitor changes in tax law and apply new regulations to client engagements

  • Analyze financial data and ensure accurate tax treatment

  • Advise clients on a variety of tax-related matters

  • Supervise, mentor, and review work of junior tax associates

  • Communicate effectively with clients, tax authorities, and internal legal/accounting teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • MUST HAVE a CPA certification

  • Minimum of 6 years experience in individual and corporate taxation

  • Strong client-facing skills and the ability to manage high-level relationships

  • Proficiency in tax software and Excel

  • Experience managing and mentoring junior team members
