What You'll Be Doing
Manage multiple client engagements and tax projects
Review and prepare complex tax returns
Partner directly with clients on tax planning + strategy
Lead, mentor, and develop staff
Play an active role in business development + firm growth

What We're Looking For
6–10+ years of public accounting tax experience
CPA, EA, or JD required
Experience managing engagements + leading teams
Strong client communication and advisory mindset
Also open to:
Senior Tax Accountants or Tax Supervisors (CPA required) with 6+ years of public accounting experience who are ready to step into a Tax Manager role
