Tax Manager | Boston, MA | $125K–$155K + Bonus & Profit Sharing

A Boston-based investment management firm is seeking a Tax Manager to join its six-person tax team. This is an opportunity to work across individual, fiduciary, partnership, corporate, and private foundation tax matters in a collaborative financial services environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review individual, fiduciary, gift, partnership, corporate, and private foundation tax returns.

• Partner with investment professionals, clients, and attorneys on income tax and estate planning matters.

• Prepare tax projections and review estimated tax payments.

• Respond to tax notices and communicate with tax authorities as needed.

• Coordinate tax payments with internal operations teams.

• Contribute to tax department policies, procedures, and special projects.

Qualifications:

• 6–10 years of relevant tax experience.

• CPA or Enrolled Agent designation.

• Experience with individual, fiduciary, and partnership tax returns.

• Understanding of investment portfolios, investment management, and corporate tax.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $125K–$155K base salary + bonus + profit sharing.

• Hybrid schedule with 10 days per month in the Boston office.
