Tax Advisor - Boston - Hybrid 

A Boston-based professional services firm is seeking a Tax Advisor with 3-5 years of experience to join its tax team.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on tax professional with experience preparing individual, trust, fiduciary, and partnership returns who is interested in working with complex client matters in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Forms 1040, 1041, 1065, and related K-1s.

• Support trust, estate, fiduciary, and partnership tax engagements.

• Prepare tax estimates, projections, and supporting documentation.

• Research tax issues and assist with resolving tax notices.

• Work directly with clients and collaborate with trustees, attorneys, and colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Accounting, plus 3-5 years of tax preparation experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with individual, trust, and partnership returns.

• CPA or EA preferred.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Tax Associate to move out of public accounting and join a well-respected team. The role is onsite 3 days per week, and the expected compensation range is between $110K-$140K, depending on experience.
