Position Summary:The Talent & Community Engagement Recruiter is a market-embedded, results-driven role responsible for aggressively rebuilding and sustaining Floyd's talent pipeline across the Denver market. This position exists for one reason: to get high-performing Barbers and Stylists behind our chairs.This is a front-line talent operator position that blends proactive recruiting, competitive market intelligence, grassroots brand building, and communication of the benefits of working at Floyd's 99 Barbershops. Success requires daily, visible presence in the Barber & Stylist community: online, in schools, and at events.This role is a direct operational lever for attracting Barbers & Stylists who bring, or rapidly build, a book of business.
