Talent Acquisition Supervisor
LHH is seeking an experienced recruiting professional for a direct-hire Talent Acquisition Supervisor role with our manufacturing client in the Richmond, VA area. This is a fully on-site position.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervise talent acquisition team
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions.
- Build talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, job fairs, and other recruitment channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Manage job requisitions, ATS records, recruiting metrics, and compliance requirements.
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
- Present offers, support negotiations, and oversee pre-employment activities.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support onboarding and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful hires.
- Manage internal job postings and recruitment programs.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and recruitment partners.
- Contribute to employer branding and continuous improvement of recruiting processes.
- Stay current on recruiting best practices and industry trends.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $88,000.00 per year
