Position Summary:
We are seeking a Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting activities across assigned business units. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, manage candidates throughout the hiring process, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business units and HR team members to meet recruiting goals.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to discuss open positions and staffing needs.
• Manage end-to-end recruiting from job posting through candidate selection and hiring.
• Post open positions in Workday and maintain accurate requisition information.
• Review, screen, and disposition applicants.
• Conduct phone interviews and candidate assessments.
• Partner with hiring managers on candidate selection and recruiting strategy.
• Develop recruiting strategies based on workforce and headcount plans.
• Educate hiring teams and business leaders on recruiting best practices and interview processes.
• Maintain applicant tracking system accuracy and follow established recruiting policies and procedures.
• Manage candidate expectations and provide a professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Qualifications:

• 0–3 years of recruiting experience within staffing and/or corporate environments.
• Experience with full-cycle/end-to-end recruiting.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience screening and interviewing candidates.
• Strong hiring manager and business partner communication skills.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively across HR and business teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
