Overview
The Talent Acquisition Partner will serve as a strategic partner responsible for the full life cycle of talent acquisition. Partner with assigned business stakeholders to design, implement effective and creative recruitment plans. Utilize knowledge of business operations, talent practices to promote company strategies, priorities and proactively align talent acquisition to organizational needs.
This position may be filled as a Level I or II. Additional qualifications and responsibilites apply.

Required:
Minimum 4 years' experience as Recruiter in an HR department which includes screening, sourcing and hiring candidates.
Must have proven track record for meeting or exceeding talent acquisition metrics in a high-volume corporate setting.
Working knowledge of the following:
Sourcing candidates
Candidate Assessments
Job Offer Negotiations
Federal and State regulations to EEOC, OFCCP, Wage and Hour and other applicable federal/state laws.
Proficient level computer skills including Microsoft Office- Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Banking recruiting experience preferred
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screens.
