Senior Superintendent (Corporate Tenant Improvement)
Job Title: Superintendent or Senior Superintendent
Job Location: Los Angeles, CA
Salary: $120k-$150k + Benefits + Vehicle + 401k, etc.
Requirements: 3+ Years Experience as a Construction Superintendent + experience with Tenant Improvement / Interior projects for Corporate office spaces or Commercial Construction experience
This is a full time/permanent position with a well-established General Contractor primarily focused on commercial interior projects.
Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for experienced Superintendents. This person will be responsible for overseeing all field staff and the overall success of the construction projects.

What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee and manage daily field operations, subcontractors, etc.
- Manage the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, ensuring safety standards are met, etc.
- Monitor construction progress
- Maintaining a good client/customer relationship throughout the project
What You Need for this Position
- 3+ Years Experience as Construction Superintendent
- Experience on TI / Interior construction commercial projects - ideally corporate office spaces
- Experience scheduling, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of construction
