    Why this role matters

    As a SWEP Job Coach, you'll support individuals with disabilities as they gain real-world work experience, build skills, and achieve vocational goals. You'll coach, mentor, and encourage participants while helping create inclusive workplace experiences.

    What you'll do

    • Coach and support participants at community work sites.
    • Teach workplace skills and expectations.
    • Partner with employers to promote success and accommodations.
    • Track participant progress and complete required documentation.
    • Transport participants to approved work activities when needed.
    • Serve as a positive advocate for inclusion and independence.

    What we're looking for

    • High school diploma or GED.
    • Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is a plus.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Comfortable working in various settings, including outdoors.
    • Valid driver's license required.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

    Requirements

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
    • Ability to pass required background and drug screenings.
    • Ability to travel to assigned worksites
