Assist the head coach as directed with the following: Organize and direct coaching staff Collecting physical examination forms Collecting insurance release forms Reporting injuries to school nurse Taking inventory and submitting a list of equipment needs Checking out and collecting all equipment Keeping accurate records and reports of lost or stolen equipment Providing a roster of players Providing the Athletic Director a list of athletes who are to receive awards at the end of the season and plan the awards ceremony Insuring proper team conduct on trips and during contests Knowing all rules pertaining to his or her sport Treating of injuries or attending to athletes Cleaning and Maintenance of equipment and uniforms Organizing practice sessions. With Head Start, preschools, 28 elementary schools, 7 middle schools, and 5 college and career academies, high schools, we are the fifth largest district in the state of Kansas and our student population is approximately 56 Hispanic, 24 African American, 9 White, and 6 Asian.
