You will be the Subcontract Program Management Sr Mgr for the Subcontract Program Management Team. Our team is responsible for overseeing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, and managing cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Subcontract Program Management Sr Mgr you will be responsible for directing all phases of subcontract execution, ensuring compliance, and driving performance.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Lead cross‑functional teams of engineers, quality, and procurement to execute subcontract plans.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing and subcontract management plans.
• Manage cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance of subcontracted systems.
• Serve as primary liaison between subcontractors and the program management office.
• Oversee subcontract lifecycle from business case through contract closeout.

Basic Qualifications

Production program experience in aerospace/defense

Strong team leadership track record

Proven ability to influence cross functional teams

Strong negotiation experience

Experience with design-to-cost, lean manufacturing, or design-for-manufacturability initiatives

Background in supplier production activities

Experience integrating second-sources into the programs

Exposure to complex, multi-tier global supply chains

Desired Skills

Demonstrated history of talent development

Army or MDA program experience

Missile/Interceptor experience

Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin acquisition procedures

Working relationships and experience managing current MFC critical commodity suppliers

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $158700.00 - $294700.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
