Position: Administrative Assistant

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Responsible for providing administrative support to managers and supervisors
  • Responsible for managing airport badging procedures, coordinating with applicants, tracking status and progress
  • Responsible for all Time & Attendance related operation/account activities
  • Administrative support through data entry and paperwork
  • Ability to interact professionally with all team members and candidates
  • Monitors and orders office supplies
  • Answers telephone, receives/delivers telephone messages
  • Manage reception area to ensure that visitors and guests are greeted with a pleasant and efficient manner
  • Assists applicants with the online application process
  • Handle ongoing mail and express shipping request
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain a high level of security awareness
  • Coordinate with vendors for service as needed
  • Ensure office equipment is in good working order and ensure the proper stocking of paper
  • Complete other tasks/duties as assigned by other members of management
Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Qualifications:

  • Good organizational, analytical/decision making skills
  • Customer focused with good written and oral communications skills
  • Ability to work on assigned projects with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong attention to details
  • Strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to work with confidential information
  • Demonstrated ability to follow instructions

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to communicate clearly and pay attention to detail. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies up to 20 pounds.
