Executive Director / General Counsel
Position Summary
The Executive Director/General Counsel serves as the Chief Administrative Officer and Legal Advisor to the Office of the State Attorney Monique H. Worrell. This position is responsible for the strategic leadership and oversight of the agencys administrative operations, including fiscal management, human resources, legislative affairs, facilities, grants, procurement, risk management, public records compliance, records retention, management information systems (MIS) and organizational policy development. The Executive Director ensures compliance with applicable federal and Florida laws while promoting efficient, effective, and accountable government operations.
This position exercises significant independent judgment and serves as a member of the executive leadership team.
