We are seeking an experienced and energetic Millwright Recruiter to join our team in the Spartanburg area. In this role, you will specialize in sourcing, attracting, and hiring skilled Trade talent to support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities of Recruiter:
- Source, screen, and evaluate millwrights and related skilled trades candidates.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, social media, trade schools, workforce programs, and industry networks.
- Conduct interviews and skills assessments to determine candidate fit.
- Manage end-to-end recruiting lifecycle including job posting, interviews, feedback coordination, and offers.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all hiring processes and documentation requirements.
- Maintain recruiting metrics and report on hiring progress.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in skilled trades, industrial maintenance, or manufacturing.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
