Description: Job Summary: The Staffing Coordinator will perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support the recruiting team in multiple branch locations. The job will consist of client communication weekly to collect associate hours, timecards, and pull reports from the various time clock systems. Working with the Internal payroll department to make sure associates are paid accurately and on time. Working with the HR and Compliance department to complete and audit I9, W2, DD, and Safety Training compliance. Supporting the recruiting team as needed, assist with new hire paperwork and Drug Test and Background screening that would be required for starting an assignment. The Staffing Coordinator will manage additional staffing coordinators in the market when resources are added. They will be responsible for onboarding and training other staffing coordinators and ensuring a high level of support and best practices are upheld across the organization. Responsibilities and Duties: Assist the Branch Manager/Market Manager with collecting and processing of timecards. Working with associates and clients to research and problem solve hours/ check related issues in a timely and professional manner. Help organize and maintain office area Communicate with clients regarding Time Clock, Timecard, and Associate hours Ensures all employee confidential information is properly secured Create records in ATS system Enter direct deposit information and administer pay cards when needed. Completing E-Verify training and entry of new hires. Enter Criminal Background checks into our company portal. Track results in a timely manner. Administer Safety Training and Videos and document certificates into our system. Ensure I-9 compliance and retention for accuracy Assist in conducting I-9 audits across the company., Collecting appropriate forms and documentation required for onboarding paperwork Administering drug tests in the office. Additional recruitment support as required by manager Educate current and prospective clients on the best time keeping solution and move them towards using an approved internal method. Eliminate time tracking by Text, Email, and other not approved methods. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required Previous experience preferred but not necessary
