Responsibilities: Responsible for identifying, coordinating and assigning all available staffing resources for clinical units across the system. The Coordinator ensures that all clinical units are adequately staffed according to patient census and acuity by providing continuous monitoring of staff resources utilizing input from computerized scheduling software, requests from individual business units and feedback from administrative recourses.
