Responsibilities: of the Sr. Systems Engineer: Lead systems engineering efforts for advanced pharmacy automation products from concept development through post-market support. Establish system-level requirements, architecture frameworks, and technical specifications while ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory standards. Conduct risk assessments, hazard analyses, and system evaluations to support product reliability and patient safety. Partner with software, hardware, quality, and manufacturing teams to deliver integrated product solutions. Provide technical guidance to engineering teams and support continuous improvement initiatives across development processes. Qualifications: of the Sr. Systems Engineer: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or another related STEM discipline. 8+ years of systems engineering experience supporting complex electromechanical, automation, robotics, or medical device products. Strong understanding of system architecture, requirements development, verification, validation, and product lifecycle management. Experience utilizing requirements management tools such as DOORS, Jama Connect, or similar platforms. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, solve complex technical challenges, and mentor engineering professionals.
