    Description

Amazon is seeking a talented, highly motivated, and experienced individual to join Prime Video"s global Device & AI Partnerships (D&AIP) team as Senior Partner Growth Manager. This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end growth strategy for assigned third-party distribution partnerships - including partner performance and intelligence, partnership roadmap development, out-of-app (OOA) integration prioritization, and cross-functional orchestration across the Trio (Business Development, Technical Program Management, and Partner Growth Management). You will serve as the single point of accountability for ensuring partnership roadmaps are established, maintained, and aligned across stakeholders, and that growth initiatives are grounded in data and move forward with clarity and purpose.

As a Senior Partner Growth Manager, you will drive OOA UI integration opportunities (acquisition placements, engagement surfaces, search-based ingress points, out-of-the-box experiences), synthesize inputs from across the Trio to align on sequencing and priorities, and own the lifecycle of external business reviews and partner-facing engagements. You will also manage partner marketing initiatives - including always-on programs and premium campaigns - as one dimension of a broader growth mandate. Your goals will be to maximize output metrics (starts, acquisition, engagement, and hours), build scalable processes for roadmap planning and execution, and establish trusted, strategic relationships with OEM partners globally.

This position offers an unparalleled opportunity to leverage your strategic, analytical, and cross-functional leadership skills inside one of the world"s leading technology companies while experiencing the excitement of the streaming media industry. This is a highly visible role that interacts at all levels of the company and requires the ability to operate at both the strategic level (identifying bold growth opportunities, driving Trio alignment) and the tactical level (managing initiative execution, analyzing performance data, and solving problems).

    Key job responsibilities

Other job responsibilities include the following:

    • Own partner performance and intelligence: Maintain deep expertise across all partner output metrics (starts, PPAC, hours, app opens, OOA ingress performance) and serve as the single source of truth on partner health for the Trio and broader stakeholders - enabling data-grounded prioritization across all workstreams.
    • Drive partnership roadmap and OOA integration priorities: Identify, evaluate, and advance out-of-app UI integration opportunities (new placements, OOBE, Account Linking, Autoplay, co-mingled Continue Watching, search-based placements) by synthesizing BD and TPM inputs to align on sequencing, timing, and partner appetite.
    • Lead external partner engagements: Own the full lifecycle of business reviews - planning, content development, facilitation, and follow-through - and maintain ongoing partner communication that is data-rich, forward-looking, and drives clear next steps.
    • Develop insight-driven, partner-facing narratives that articulate the mutual value of partnering with Prime Video, grounded in performance data and product opportunity.
    • Orchestrate cross-functional alignment across the Trio: Ensure prioritization decisions are made, initiatives are resourced and sequenced, and ownership is clear - reducing ambiguity and keeping roadmap execution on track.
    • Coordinate with Product teams (DPTX, GTM): Serve as the primary intake point for product roadmap pitches to partners, evaluating product-market fit and timing to determine what gets prioritized within the partnership roadmap.
    • Manage partner marketing programs: Design and execute always-on and campaign-based marketing initiatives that leverage partner channels to drive awareness, acquisition, and engagement in coordination with internal marketing and regional stakeholders.
    • Collaborate closely with Business Development to align on shared priorities during and outside deal cycles, ensuring roadmap coherence across all active workstreams.

So far, this mindset has helped us achieve some incredible things. Let’s build new systems, challenge the status quo, and design the world we want to live in. We believe the work you do here will be the best work of your life.

Wherever you are in your career exploration, Amazon likely has an opportunity for you. Our research scientists and engineers shape the future of natural language understanding with Alexa. Fulfillment center associates around the globe send customer orders from our warehouses to doorsteps. Product managers set feature requirements, strategy, and marketing messages for brand new customer experiences. And as we grow, we’ll add jobs that haven’t been invented yet.

    It’s Always Day 1
At Amazon, it’s always “Day 1.” Now, what does this mean and why does it matter? It means that our approach remains the same as it was on Amazon’s very first day – to make smart, fast decisions, stay nimble, invent, and stay focused on delighting our customers. In our 2016 shareholder letter, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos shared his thoughts on how to keep up a Day 1 company mindset. “Staying in Day 1 requires you to experiment patiently, accept failures, plant seeds, protect saplings, and double down when you see customer delight,” he wrote. “A customer-obsessed culture best creates the conditions where all of that can happen.” You can read the full letter here

    Our Leadership Principles
Our Leadership Principles help us keep a Day 1 mentality. They aren’t just a pretty inspirational wall hanging. Amazonians use them, every day, whether they’re discussing ideas for new projects, deciding on the best solution for a customer’s problem, or interviewing candidates.
