About the Opportunity:
Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Sr. Manager HR Business Partner - Corporate Services responsible for serving in a key strategic and direct role in supporting the Commercial, Finance, IT, HR/EHS, and Legal teams by providing full-cycle HR leadership and support. The HRBP builds trust and acts as an advisor and consultant for all human resource practices while implementing processes managed by the HR Centers of Excellence. The HRBP links business objectives with HR services that support the business and the needs of our employees for all corporate service functions. What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of HR generalist and HRBP experience.
- Experience supporting corporate or professional service functions such as Finance, IT, Legal, HR, EHS, or Commercial teams.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
- Must have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management.
- Must have applicable knowledge of Company policies, available HR resources, HR Standards and Expectations, HR Standard Operating Procedures, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Must have an administrative skill set that includes written and oral communication, calendar management, timeline execution, paperwork organization, and workflow prioritization.
- Ability for occasional out of state travel is required.
- Demonstrated sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential employee and business information.
- This is an on-site position. Due to the nature and responsibilities of the role, remote work is not available.
- Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets company policy, insurance, and DMV requirements.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment screening consistent with applicable state and federal law.
What Will Set You Apart:
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification
- Certified bilingual English/Spanish
Benefits
Total Rewards: $100,000 - $130,000 / YEAR
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
