Description

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a professional Senior Executive Assistant to support the CEO and HR Manager of a large non-profit organization. In this role, you will serve as a trusted administrative partner, providing high-level support to executive leadership while managing a variety of administrative, operational, and board-related responsibilities. A proactive, detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills, strong judgment, and the ability to effectively support executive leadership in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience supporting board members and working within a non-profit organization is highly preferred.

Pay $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Temporary to Hire

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive support to the CEO and HR Manager
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Draft business letters, correspondence, and executive communications
  • Create PowerPoint presentations and reports
  • Take and distribute meeting minutes
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
  • Support board members with meeting logistics, materials, and communications
  • Assist with office management and special projects
  • Maintain confidential records and documentation
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership
  • Non-profit experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
