We are seeking candidates who possess:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or similar
5+ years of selling capital equipment
5+ years selling complex technical systems (e.g., test systems, motion control, aerospace/defense equipment)
5+ years of experience selling into aerospace, defense, or similar regulated industries
Experience with custom/engineered-to-order solutions
Experience in sales forecasting and pipeline management

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and scale a global sales organization, driving accountability to aggressive revenue and bookings targets
Define and execute commercial strategy across key markets, including account segmentation, go-to-market approach, and growth priorities
Expand strategic customer relationships, driving enterprise-level engagements across complex products, services, and integrated solutions
Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Product teams to align on solution development, technical positioning, and bid strategy for high-value opportunities
Own pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and performance analytics; regularly communicate insights and risks to executive leadership
Drive new business development through direct customer engagement, executive-level relationship building, and market expansion initiatives
Represent the organization externally at key industry events, strengthening market presence and generating strategic opportunities
Build, develop, and optimize team structure, including hiring, coaching, and performance management of senior sales talent
Establish and manage departmental budgets, aligning investments with growth objectives and ROI expectations
Implement scalable sales processes, tools, and metrics to improve efficiency, visibility, and execution across the organization
Lead complex deal strategy, including pricing, competitive positioning, and internal alignment across cross-functional stakeholders
Capture and synthesize customer and market feedback to inform product roadmap and long-term business strategy
Oversee development of marketing and sales enablement assets to support positioning, differentiation, and customer engagement
