Sr. Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst for an on-site role in Tallahassee, FL, requiring in-person interviews.

• Support software product delivery and system enhancements throughout the full lifecycle, from planning to stabilization.
• Facilitate collaboration among business users, technical teams, product owners, and enterprise architecture to ensure solutions meet functional and technical standards.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, release schedules, and coordinate upgrade timelines and milestones.
• Translate business requirements into actionable tasks, monitor development progress, and ensure timely delivery.
• Serve as a liaison with end users and partners, addressing integration, customization, issues, and post-deployment support.
• Assist in solution evaluation, prototyping, feasibility reviews, testing, and validation for production readiness.

Requirements include a degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in IT product development or project delivery, strong communication skills, and experience with tools like SharePoint, Power BI, and DevOps. Knowledge of software lifecycle, Agile/Waterfall, system analysis, and technical standards is essential. Preferred experience with AASHTOWare, government procurement, and iterative delivery methods.
