Sourcing Specialist
Location: Remote, Washington, DC
Duration: 12 months
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for candidates and the business
- Advise the business and lead among peers
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders in designing a tailored recruiting approach
- Influence key internal stakeholders on recruitment activities and programs
- Determine objectives and approaches to assignments with considerable latitude
- Act as a "Brand Ambassador” to expand our internal & external footprint
- Opportunity to manage or develop large projects or conferences
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Sourcing for Talent Acquisition
- Experience with multiple interview channels, including video
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to find candidates on LI, indeed, x ray searches, preferably from a recruiting agency with Federal/State/Government project experience.
- Experience in experienced hire recruiting in a professional services firm
- Experience with high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment
- Strong understanding of recruiting policies, procedures, and systems
- Consultative approach with the ability to influence and build strong relationships
- Ability to embrace technology platforms and lead social media strategy
- Willingness to develop new methodologies and approaches
- Analytical with advanced problem-solving skills
