Duration: 12 months
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for candidates and the business
Advise the business and lead among peers
Provide guidance to internal stakeholders in designing a tailored recruiting approach
Influence key internal stakeholders on recruitment activities and programs
Determine objectives and approaches to assignments with considerable latitude
Act as a "Brand Ambassador” to expand our internal & external footprint
Opportunity to manage or develop large projects or conferences
Required Skills:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Sourcing for Talent Acquisition
Experience with multiple interview channels, including video
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
Preferred Skills:

Experience in experienced hire recruiting in a professional services firm
Experience with high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment
