Job Overview:
Pay Range: $37.10hr - $42.10hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 3+ years Full life-cycle HR/Agency recruitment experience in a high volume environment supporting mid to senior level roles.
- Experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Exceptional problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
- Experience in proactively sourcing qualified candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Develops recruitment and communication strategies to enhance the recruiting experience for prospective candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinates with the implementation of strategies for recruiting diverse talent.
- Work closely with hiring managers, building trust and credibility as an advisor in the selection process.
- Evaluates recruiting pool to identify future sourcing needs and implements proactive recruiting strategies to build candidate pipelines for future vacancies.
- Proactively source and network with potential candidates in the marketplace.
- Assist in the organizing and logistics of recruitment and marketing events.
- Represent the organization internally and externally at events, job fairs, college recruitment functions with a goal of networking/relationship building with potential candidates and community outreach programs in order to establish and maintain an organizational presence in the community.
- Ensures recruitment practices are compliant with employment laws.
- Assist Talent Acquisition Leadership with development and implementation of specific projects.
Skills:
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) (e.g., ADP, Taleo, Greenhouse).
- Ability to navigate on social media to source for qualified candidates.
- Willingness and passion for sourcing, networking, and attracting candidates from various channels.
- Experience in developing creative approaches to attract diverse candidates.
- Ability to influence others and build strong internal relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to speak on behalf of the organization and represent the business.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience.
- In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
- Human Resources PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
