Kforce has a client in Baltimore, MD that is seeking a Talent Aquisition Specialist. Summary: We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting efforts and help attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization. This role partners with hiring managers and HR teams to source candidates, manage recruitment activities, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Talent acquisition responsibilities commonly include sourcing, screening, interview coordination, pipeline management, onboarding support, and recruitment reporting. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment activities from requisition to hire
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
  • Source active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews and assessments
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Support offer preparation, onboarding activities, and candidate transitions
  • Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and recruiting procedures
  • Participate in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Human Resources experience
  • Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment
  • Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
  • Experience using ATS systems and recruiting tools
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
  • Customer-service mindset and strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Experience recruiting for corporate, professional, or technical positions
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
  • Agency recruiting experience
  • Experience supporting high-volume hiring initiatives

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
