We're looking for a Small Business Account Manager to support our agency in managing client relationships, upholding Winter-Dent's reputation for excellent customer service, and servicing of commercial accounts. WHAT YOU WILL DOOngoing Client ServicingTimely handing of all incoming communication (calls, emails) from clients and companies regarding accounts in AM's bookListening, recognizing, reacting, suggestingProactively recognizing opportunities for additional lines of coverage and/or increased limits to accurately protect client's aspectsVerify policy and change information, facilitating corrections when necessaryServe as back-up to other account managers on the Select Lines team to provide coverage when they are out-of-the-officeProcess cancellation correspondence (comes in various ways - requests, emails, mail, downloads, etc. Usually due to clients not paying.
