Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain open communication with customers with status updates
• Responsible for scheduling the work
• Responsible for being available to work on an on-call basis.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers to achieve goals.
• Responsible for the supply and upkeep of all toolsrequired
• Responsible for maintaining the required property uniform and always insuring a professional appearance and attitude for all service personnel.
• Ensure warranty repairs are performed completely and necessary claims are submitted in a timely manner
• Handle all customer related issues
• Responsible for tech labor recording in payroll systems
• Manage all tech hiring, discipline, and training
• Maintain a clean work place
• General knowledge of agriculture, farming, and ranching equipment
• Handle communications with suppliers, vendors, and factory personnel
• Must be detail-oriented and organized.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. Possess basic skills in troubleshooting and be mechanically inclined
• Prior service management experience
