Job Details

Qualifications
5+ years of operations leadership experience within an industrial, manufacturing, metals, steel, scrap, recycling, building materials, construction materials, pipe, heavy equipment, or related environment
Experience managing warehouse, yard, distribution, logistics, or production operations
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to develop and manage teams
Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies
Comfortable working in a hands-on industrial environment
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment operations
Experience managing budgets, KPIs, productivity metrics, and operational reporting
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant industry experience
