Server

Introduction:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our team and provide excellent service to our guests. The Server will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that our guests have a positive memorable dining experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, menu knowledge and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service

• Take orders and serve food and drinks, including making recommendations and answering questions about menu items

• Sell featured items weekly

• Running food and drinks

• Bus tables when needed

• Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including setting and clearing tables and washing dishes and utensils

• Communicate effectively with other team members, including the kitchen staff and management

• Focus on continuously learning about food and alcohol such as wine

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an upscale server in a comparable concept

• Must be 21 or over

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Full availability 

• Ability to work late-nights

• Basic math skills
