As a Server at The Hangar, you'll play a vital role in creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests. You'll be the face of our brand, providing top-notch service with a genuine smile and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience.
- Take accurate and efficient food and beverage orders.
- Recommend menu items, including food and beverage pairings, to enhance the guest experience.
- Expedite orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including setting up tables and restocking supplies.
- Comply with all restaurant policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety regulations.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a full-service restaurant environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong work ethic with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 pounds.
