    Are you an experienced server who thrives in a bustling, high-energy environment and wants a job where your hustle directly impacts your paycheck?
     
    At HuHot Mongolian Grill, our unique interactive dining experience keeps table turnover high, guests happy, and tip potential maxed out. If you know how to run a section, deliver top-tier hospitality, and thrive during peak rushes, this is the spot for you to make great money while having fun doing it!
     
    Pay: Average $20.00 – $30.00 / hour, base plus Tips!
    Shifts Available: Nights, 5pm - 10:30pm. Must be able to work weekends.

    What You’ll Do:
    • Own Your Section: Deliver fast, attentive, and genuine hospitality to ensure guests have an unforgettable experience.
    • Guide the Experience: Walk guests through our interactive food line, recommend signature sauces, and pair meal options.
    • Drive Fast Table Turnover: Keep drinks full, tables pre-bussed, and payments processed quickly to maximize guest satisfaction and tip volume.
    • Be a Team Player: Partner with fellow servers and grill operators to keep the floor running seamlessly during peak hours.
    What We’re Looking For:
    • Experience: Previous serving or restaurant hospitality experience preferred (if you can handle a busy rush, you’ll excel here!).
    • Mindset: Outgoing, reliable, positive, and passionate about giving great customer service.
    • Skills: Strong communication, cash-handling precision, and the stamina to stay active on your feet in a fast-moving environment.
