Primary Function
As part of a growing and dynamic team, the Senior Manager - International Tax & Transfer Pricing is a prominent role responsible for overseeing the company's international tax and global transfer pricing activities. This position is ideal for a tax professional with strong financial acumen and ability to collaborate with cross-functional business and finance teams around the world.
Specific Responsibilities
International tax compliance and reporting
Manage US international tax compliance, including foreign-derived deduction-eligible income (FDDEI), net CFC tested income (NCTI), subpart F, and foreign tax credit calculations.
Support Pillar Two compliance with data collection, validation and coordination with external advisors.
Oversee cross-border withholding tax compliance in partnership with Treasury and Accounting teams.
Assist with international tax aspects of US GAAP accounting for income taxes (ASC 740).
Transfer pricing
Maintain transfer pricing policies; monitor adherence across all businesses and geographies and implement adjustments as needed.
Manage preparation of Master File, Local Files, and contemporaneous TP documentation in partnership with external advisors.
Review and update intercompany agreements to ensure alignment with TP policies.
Support transfer pricing audits and audit defense strategies.
Partner with business leaders to align transfer pricing outcomes with operational and commercial realities.

Other responsibilities
Oversee preparation, review, and timely submission of annual country-by-country reporting (CBCR), local country notifications, and public CBCR requirements.
Assist with modeling and planning for US international tax and transfer pricing impacts of M&A activities, business restructurings, new intercompany arrangements, and global expansion.
Establish and document clear policies, procedures, and controls in all areas of responsibility.
Support other tax department projects, as required.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required, with a preference towards candidates with a master's degree. Preference will be given to candidates with the CPA, CA, or equivalent profession
