We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support high-volume and strategic hiring initiatives. This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, stakeholder partnership, and talent pipeline development. The ideal candidate has extensive sourcing experience and a proven track record recruiting engineering, technical, or other professional talent.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and other recruiting channels.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation through offer acceptance.
- Create and maintain job postings while ensuring compliance and consistency.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, hiring progress, and recruiting metrics.
- Utilize ATS, CRM, Power BI, SharePoint, and other recruiting technologies.
- Support offer development and compensation discussions.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, EEO, AAP, and OFCCP regulations.
- Lead and support recruiting-related process improvements and change initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably recruiting engineering or technical professionals.
- Extensive sourcing experience with a strong ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using ATS and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field required.
- 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience preferred.
- Experience supporting professional, technical, or engineering recruitment efforts is highly desired.
Additional Requirements
- Must reside within 50 miles of Overland Park, KS.
- Ability to work onsite five days per week.
- Must successfully complete pre-employment screening, including background check and drug screen.
