    Senior Recruiter

    Position Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to manage a high-volume portfolio of entry-level sales requisitions and deliver full-cycle recruiting support from initial intake through offer and pre-onboarding.

    This position will partner closely with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition Coordinators, and a Managed Service Provider (MSP) Talent Acquisition vendor to ensure efficient requisition management, candidate processing, interview coordination, and onboarding activities.

    The ideal candidate has strong high-volume recruiting experience, can effectively manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously, and is skilled at building talent pipelines while delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    Full-Cycle & High-Volume Recruiting

    • Manage a high volume of open requisitions for entry-level sales positions.

    • Deliver full-cycle recruiting support, including:

      • Recruiting and hiring strategy

      • Candidate sourcing

      • Resume review and screening

      • Interview coordination

      • Candidate selection

      • Offer recommendations and negotiations

      • Pre-onboarding activities

    • Maintain consistent candidate communication throughout the recruiting process.

    • Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience from intake through offer.

    Hiring Manager Partnership

    • Lead structured recruiting intake and strategy sessions with hiring managers.

    • Partner with hiring managers to establish:

      • Target candidate profiles

      • Sourcing strategies and channels

      • Interview processes

      • Selection criteria

      • Hiring and decision timelines

    • Provide regular updates regarding candidate pipelines, recruiting activity, and requisition status.

    Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

    • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.

    • Source candidates through multiple channels, including:

      • Job boards

      • Social media campaigns

      • Talent communities

      • Employee and candidate referrals

      • Networking events

      • Universities and community colleges

      • Workforce development programs

    • Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies and overall recruiting effectiveness.

    MSP & Recruiting Operations Partnership

    • Partner closely with the Managed Service Provider (MSP) Talent Acquisition vendor to support efficient requisition management and candidate processing.

    • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Coordinators on:

      • Job postings

      • Candidate status and progress updates

      • Interview scheduling

      • Pre-onboarding and onboarding coordination

    • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the Applicant Tracking System.

    • Ensure recruiting and onboarding activities follow established processes and compliance requirements.

    Recruiting Metrics & Process Improvement

    • Track and report recruiting activity and key performance metrics, including:

      • Time-to-fill

      • Offer acceptance rates

      • Talent pipeline activity

    • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate flow, and hiring efficiency.

    • Maintain accurate documentation and handle confidential candidate and employee information appropriately.

    Required Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience with demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruiting.

    • Experience managing multiple requisitions and high-volume hiring activity.

    • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to independently prioritize competing responsibilities.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

    • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to appropriately handle confidential information.

    • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

    • Strong customer-service orientation when working with candidates and hiring managers.

    • Ability to identify and implement recruiting process improvements.

    • Knowledge of recruiting and onboarding compliance requirements.
