About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our client's team in a dynamic industry sector. In this role, you will contribute to attracting and recruiting mid-to-senior level positions, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Attract and recruit mid-to-senior level positions across multiple business functions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver a consultative recruiting experience.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and execute full cycle recruiting.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team and HR Business Partners.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting with a strong focus on mid to senior level professional or leadership roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
