Job Description

Manage construction projects from preconstruction through turnover, ensuring successful delivery of schedule, budget, quality, and client objectives. Lead coordination efforts with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment with significant client interaction. Utilize Procore to manage project documentation, communication, reporting, and project controls. Support the execution of ground-up and renovation projects across a variety of market sectors. Collaborate with field teams and executive leadership to proactively identify and resolve project challenges. Report directly to a Project Executive and play a critical role in maintaining project performance and client satisfaction. Work on projects throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New Hampshire. Based out of the Beverly, MA office, with regular in-office collaboration and project site visits.

The Successful Applicant

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience managing ground-up construction projects.
  • Strong tenure and career stability with prior employers.
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency with Procore.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Ability to commute to Beverly, MA.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within automotive, retail, hospitality, life science, academic, or corporate interiors markets.
  • Experience managing projects ranging from $2M to $30M+.
  • Experience supporting larger projects valued at $50M or greater.
  • Previous experience in a Senior Project Manager capacity.
