The organization serves as a leader in the development and production of precision cast components for the aerospace industry.Job DescriptionLeading the development and implementation of manufacturing processes for superalloy investment castings. Applying advanced metallurgical, process, and manufacturing engineering principles to support production objectives. Managing new product introductions and supporting ongoing production programs. Interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements. Driving process improvement initiatives and supporting lean manufacturing efforts. Collaborating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project success. Utilizing data-driven approaches to identify opportunities and implement corrective actions. Ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are consistently achieved. Extensive experience in Investment Casting manufacturing environments. Minimum of 10 years of manufacturing industry experience. Strong understanding of metallurgical processes, casting technologies, and aerospace manufacturing requirements. Six Sigma certification preferred. Proven ability to lead projects, solve technical challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.What's on OfferCompetitive base salary: $100,000 - $120,000.
